Sessions are all inclusive and include digital files so clients are able to make their own prints. Files are delivered via digital download and include a print release, as well as print lab recommendations.

Mini Session

Mini sessions are great for those who want the best newborn photos but don’t need as many sets and poses. Includes baby only, family and sibling shots are not available due to time.

WHEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY SESSION?

Please call BEFORE your little one arrives. The sooner the better. A tentative session time will be reserved based on your due date. Jennifer only takes a limited number of newborn sessions per week.

do i come to your studio?

YES! All newborn sessions take place at Jennifer’s studio in Paynesville. Location sessions are available but not recommended.

DO YOU PROVIDE ALL OF THE CUTE HATS/PROPS?

YES! There is a HUGE selection at the studio for you to choose from. You don’t need to worry about bringing anything.

how old should my baby be?

Newborns are best photographed between days 5-12. Babies older than 2 weeks become more alert and start to loose that newborn freshness.

should I bring any outfits?

Most newborn images are done without clothing, however Jennifer loves adding hats, headbands, blankets etc that add texture and color to the image.

what should I do to prepare for my session?

Jennifer will email a list of tips and final details once baby arrives and your session date/time is scheduled.

how much time should i allow for my session?

This depends on the baby. An average newborn session lasts about 2 hours but sometimes up to 3 depending on the needs of your child. Plenty of time is allowed for feeding and snuggling.
